When there is a problem with Network Magic installation
Network Magic can indicate that there is an installation problem that
prevents you from setting up Net2Go
in situations including the following.
Net2Go computer requirements
This can result from attempting to activate Net2Go
with a version of Microsoft Windows that Net2Go
does not support.

Problems with Network Magic or Microsoft Windows installation
This can result from the following:
- Network Magic is not installed correctly or completely.
- Your Microsoft Windows version is either set up in
a non-standard installation or is missing important files or components.
To resolve this problem
- Uninstall Network Magic. For steps, see Uninstall
Network Magic.
- Install Network Magic again, and then try setting up
Net2Go again.
